RICHARD KALTONGGA PERSONAL PROFILE - Ni-Vanuatu - the Republic of Vanuatu - 60 years of age, - fluent in English and computer literate with a degree in Marine Sciences. - was a public servant at different levels in his own country almost 40 years. His involvement in politics started as a student before independence and has since been advisor to key government ministerial portfolios including as advisor to the Prime Minister of his country. He has recently chosen to step back from politics to pursue other interests. He is now involved in private business and has been an active contributor to online media with his own facebook page – YUMI TOKTOK SENSE to raise issues of concern and to educate and provide insights into his nation’s modern realities with events of national importance from a personal perspective.
